THE SIX ZONES (Zone technique/therapy)
ZONE I – Glandular
There are over 200 glands in the body. These glands produce hormones and control their release into the bloodstream Every organ and function of the body is directly influenced by the glands, and therefore it’s imperative that the glandular system be kept in balance.
Balancing this system can help improve:
- IMMUNE FUNCTION
- CONCENTRATION & MEMORY

- APPETITE
- SKIN, HAIR & NAILS
- ENERGY & EMOTIONAL BALANCE
- REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION
ZONE II – Eliminative
The eliminative system is responsible for removing waste products from the body. Principal organs includes the sinuses, lungs, urinary tract, bowels and skin. Adjustment of this zone encourages increased function from these organs.
Balancing this system can help improve:
- LUNG, KIDNEY, & BLADDER FUNCTION
- ASTHMA
- COLDS & FLU
- NORMAL BREATHING ABILITY
- BOWEL MOVEMENTS
- ALLERGEN REMOVAL
ZONE III – Nervous
The body’s processing centre. Your nervous system includes the brain, spinal cord and a complex network of nerves that connect these organs to the rest of the body. All organs and structures of the human body are controlled and coordinated by the nervous system.
Balancing this system can help improve:
- IMMUNE FUNCTION
- SLEEP
- MOOD
- ENERGY LEVELS
- HEADACHES

- RANGE OF MOTION & MOVEMENT
- MUSCLE RECOVERY
- STRENGTH
- FLEXIBILITY
- POSTURE
- BALANCE

Balancing this system can help improve:
- CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
- BLOOD PRESSURE
- THYROID GLAND FUNCTION
- CIRCULATION
- LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
- OVERALL HEALTH
